Singer of great receptivity in Santiago. After studying guitar for some years at a music school in Alverca, Portugal, where he has lived since he was 15, he started singing encouraged by his friends. His production, based on romantic songs, reggaes and funaná, is all in Portugal. He recorded with Tulipa Negra and the hard core of Cape Verdean music in Lisbon at the time: Paulino Vieira, Toy Vieira, Tito Paris and others.
In addition to his four solo albums, in 1990 he participated in the LP Encontro de Artistas, whose vocalists are Zé Orlando, Pedro Ramos, Nuno Santos, Djô, Toy Vieira, Zé Lino and Loy d'Tchutchi, Blick's brother.
