A Cape Verdean director, born in 1973, he studied camera operation at RTP, photojournalism at CENJOR, and Film and Television at MEIA. Founder of the Cinema and Audiovisual Association of Cape Verde, he has worked as a cameraman for RTP Africa, photographer for several newspapers and magazines, advertising and institutional videos.
He participated in the Africadoc workshop in 2008 and 2010, and in the festivals CINEPORT Brazil in 2007, Doc Lisboa in 2008 and FESTin 2013 and 2014 (Lisbon) and Plato (Cape Verde) in 2014.
