Abraham Barbosa Vicente was born on February 26, 1980 in Assomada, Santiago Island. Degree in Sociology, New University of Lisbon, Portugal.
He was MPD National Member of 2011-2016, Journalist, Editor and Chronicler of the newspaper "A Nação" from 2008-2010.
He created and presented television programs as "180 degrees" in the National Television of Cape Verde (TCV) of 2008/2009 and "Casa da Cultura" in the TCV of 2006/2008 and presented "Nha Terra Nha Cretcheu" in the TCV of 208/2010 and "Intimidades" (ACI) also in the TCV in 2008.
He is the current Minister of Culture and Creative Industries.
